Cancellations, Exchange & Returns

We believe is customer satisfaction and offer order cancellations, exchanges and returns.

Can I Cancel an Order ?

You may cancel your order with in 24 hours after placing it and before it has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been processed or shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Isloou has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the article is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

Can I Cancel Partial Order ?

Partial order cancellations not allowed.

Can I Exchange one or more Articles from an Order ?

We ONLY accept exchange for domestic (i.e. US) orders and DON'T offer exchange for international orders.

Exchange of articles for domestic orders are offered under following conditions:

  1. Exchange is requested within 3 days after receiving the order.
  2. Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, and packing is in its original condition.
  3. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.
  4. Articles need to be received by our warehouse within 7 days after exchange was initiated.
  5. Customer has to pay the shipping cost for sending articles back to our warehouse.
  6. Customer has to send prepaid shipping label for shipping the exchanged article(s) to them.
  7. Isloou will charge 20% of the order or $10 (whichever is larger) restocking fee.

Can I Return an Article ?

We ONLY accept returns of domestic (i.e. US) orders and the refund amount is only offered in the form of STORE CREDIT. We DON'T offer return for international orders.

Return of articles for domestic orders are offered under following conditions:

  1. Return is requested within 3 days after receiving the order.
  2. Articles are qualified for return only if they are unused, all tags are intact, and packing is in its original condition.
  3. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for return.
  4. Article needs to be received by our warehouse within 7 days after return was initiated.
  5. Customer has to pay the shipping cost for sending articles back to our warehouse.
  6. Isloou will deduct 20% or $10 (whichever is larger) restocking fee, the original shipping charges and any discount offered on the original order.
